Bearing Hanging or Stretching
I will complete my newbie routine end of this month. I am thinking to add hanging to my routine end of this month. I will begin hanging but beside hanging I am thinking to begin something (I don’t know how I have to call it) like combination of Hanging and Stretching.
So I bought 4 pieces bearing which each has 30 mm diameter and each one is 125 grams. One of bearing is around 2 dollars. I am thinking to hang them all day. I tried today. I used during 4 hours. It is invisible. I went out,sit near my family during that time with 500 gram on my unit. It was comfortable. What I felt is ” with the time I felt more weights”. It was very nice. It was like some hanging/stretching combination
Now I need some formers recommend about this. What do you think or do you know any thread about this.
