Hi guys
I practice PE for a while (since 2003) with very nice results gained in lenght/girth (both states flaccid & erect) but I’m stuck to achieve a consistant 7” erect lenght (and I assume a correlated flaccid lenght)

so when you do hanging:
- is it part of a complete session of PE
- you only do hanging per session on a day basis schedule? and perhaps alternate with an other PE routine?
- do you start a hanging session without doing a warm up? Warm up is important as we do before starting stretching/jelking session?

I have not been hanging for very long, one month. So I am only going to answer the one thing I know about. That is warm-up. I always do a 5-10 minute warm up for any PE session, not just hanging, but ANY PE.

You should still do a warm-up before hanging. It is good to do some light jelqing after hanging.

Good luck with getting over 7”.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Hope I’m getting what you ask: most of hangers do hanging everyday or at least 5 days per week. (not saying it is mandatory or the best way, just what most of people do).
