I practice PE for a while (since 2003) with very nice results gained in lenght/girth (both states flaccid & erect) but I’m stuck to achieve a consistant 7” erect lenght (and I assume a correlated flaccid lenght)
so when you do hanging:
- is it part of a complete session of PE
- you only do hanging per session on a day basis schedule? and perhaps alternate with an other PE routine?
- do you start a hanging session without doing a warm up? Warm up is important as we do before starting stretching/jelking session?
