I am just wondering, even if one did not see erect length gains with hanging, would the flaccid hang improve and be solidified? Even if hanging did not provide me with EL gains, could my flaccid hang get longer and stay longer permanently?

Well, I have a much improved flaccid hang and FSL without erect gains, but I dont know if its permanant since i’m PE’ing regularly.

Exercises that are low in tension but high in duration are better for flaccid size because they hit the elastic fibers. Things like ADS, fowfers, padlock devices etc.
