Back for the first time

Man, it feels like I haven’t used my hanger in a week or so. I’m glad I could get on here and check my last log to keep track of my records. Well, so far today, I’ve done about 3 hr’s in the extender while I was at the laundromat. I’m about to go workout, then get in this hanger, and go back and forth w/ the hanger and extender. This is the routine I do when I have stuff to do around the house.

I recall your messages and you gain more than one inch with a hanger and you are in the Bib forum, aren’t you? What pressure you need for hanging with the LG and what weigths are you currently hanging? Are you uncut mate?

I haven’t gained anything really, w/ a regular hanger, it was about an 1/8”. I kept hearing how vacuums hit more of the internals, and I can surely feel it. I’m about to jump on the LG vs Vachanger thread, because I feel disappointed. I knew vachangers were limited w/ weight, but when I heard LG goes up to 25#’s, I was like, “thank you”. It just seems to be a little less than that. I plan on going back and forth w/ the vac and the regular hanger. Which isn’t bad since the majority threads say less is better, for longer times. I’m cut, thanks for chiming in. Getting a set in now.

I mixed you up with Mr. Schlong. You guys got a similar nickname hehe.. Yes I also heard that 25lb was tested with success with the LG. Maybe it requires tissue conditioning. Even though the learning curve must be easier that with a bib, I am sure one can’t just go and jump to hanging 5,10,15 and 20 pounds all that in two months.. Impossible right?

Stick with the LG and see how far you can go man. It is bloody expensive so better so how far you can go. You can’t go wrong man, it is one of the best. You can e-mail its creator, email address removed. Let me know what his response is. Dr Howard is his name. Cheers man.

Thanks a lot man. Hopefully I can find a decent weight, I’m not greedy, I just want to find a weight to get results. I’m at 7.5#’s right now.

Whew, I can’t believe it’s been 3 weeks of hanging. I’m so tired from last night, I had to run errands then cook. Afterwards, I was like I’m going to hang tonight. I started to change my mind, because I had to be up at the crack of dawn for work. I’m glad I got in a session. It feels like my flaccid is a lot looser. I just hope my BPEL improves a little. Usually its the other way around, hopefully I can get some pumping in this weekend. I hope I make a gain for BPEL, I’m about to hit the one month mark.

Wow, I can’t believe I’m about to have a month’s worth logged into my report. After a month, I’ll have to devise some type of contraption to do SO. I believe this will be beneficial, since I’ve never done this consistently. I plan to do a new angle every month, for a month. I’m debating on getting an IR lamp, since all the vets on here suggest it. I’ll also have to increase my weight, I just hope my vachanger can handle it. If not, I’ll just have to result to my slower traditional hanger. Well I’m halfway through my first session for today. I hope I can at least 5-6 sets today. I think I have 4 hr’s for the week.

Well, I can’t believe it’s been a month now. I really have to ensure I’m warming up and exercising thoroughly, since most pe’ers report gains in three months. Well, the way things are going, and how this thing feels, I can wait for six months for gains to be cemented. I love you all’s spot though, it’s a lot you can learn on here. Like these DLD blasters I’ve been reading about for a while. I’ve been doing these a little now. Well, working on the beginning of month 2 now. 1 and 1 today on extender and hanger, I’ll get another set of hanging before I work out after I wash clothes.

Wow, did 3 sessions of hanging today. I enjoyed the relaxing pull, especially each time I wore my extender thereafter (I only wore it twice for about 6 hours total ). I wish I could keep my BPFSL. It really feels like NBPFSL. My FSL is like a seeing your girlfriend, only for the summer. Manuals and stretching helps a little, I also do as many kegels as possible ( not sure if I’m doing them right, I squeeze, and get a small jump from time to time). I’m thinking about pumping tomorrow, I haven’t done that in a while, since I’m targeting length. I’m really going to have to put my extender on in the morning, because I can still feel a good stretch.

Starting week seven now. Hopefully I can get more daily sessions, now that I only work one job. I feel like I need to increase my weight by 1 1/4#’s. I’ll have to order the weight Friday. I’m going to use my extender more also, so I have to get use to stealth mode at work again. Using the extender and the hanger is the only time I really notice a difference. I’ve only been doing 1 hr. sessions daily with the hanger, about 4 on 2-3 off. Then about 5-8 hours Sunday, and 30 minutes on and off with the extender. I also do my so call kegels, stretches, and warmup/down. These usually last for 10-20 minutes. The time sort of varies on each one.

Well, I finally got a drill and an eye screw for SO hanging. I don’t feel it as much as BTC, but I feel it when I twist. I guess it’ll help a lot w/ adding heat. I almost forgot about my 3# weight from LG hanger. I guess I can drop 2.5#’s and add 3#’s.

I’m doing OTL a lot and BTC. I’ve upped my weight to 10#’s on BTC. I’m still doing 1 hr a day on hanging. I’ll be trying to wear my extender more also.

Buster, thanks for chiming in vet. I’m doing split’s. I finally realized what divide and conquer was, so I figured BTC would be good after OTL. I think I read I should just do one angle as 1 whole set, so I’m just trying to experiment. I’m almost at 3 month’s, I think I’m on week 9 now. I know I haven’t been able to cement anything because I’m only doing 1 set a day during the week, then wearing an extender for an hr or less after. Sometimes my weekends have been crazy, so the most I’ve done sometimes is 3 sets. Thanks again for your time.

If I were limited by time, I’d try to make a split session routine with 2 sets AM, 2 in PM. That might not work at all given your situation. That would require making sure that fatigue was being achieved rather quickly. Then wearing the ADS sometime between each session for a bit.

And if that routine were possible, maybe 1 OTL set followed by 1 BTC set. Then in the PM set, do the other leg and a BTC.

Otherwise (assuming 1 session of 3 sets), I’d just alternate the OTL (1 left, 1 right) and then BTC. For me, I’d prefer to always balance any type of OTL work simply to keep the penis growing in a balanced fashion and not favoring (or gimping) one side over the other.
