Auto-Extender Vacu-Hanger vs Bib Hanger and sensitivity

Ok, I have read that hanging can reduce sensitivity a bit.

I know that noose hanging is a no-no. But I have read some say that hanging with a Bib can reduce sensitivity a bit, too. I see that the advice is to lessen the intensity of the sessions and/or lay off until things are returned to normal. So I don’t think that reduced sensitivity would be permanent.

But I am wondering for guys who have both a Bib Hanger and an Auto-Extender Vacu-Hanger, which tends to be less of an issue with reduced sensitivity?

I see that there are benefits and drawbacks to both hangers from the reading I have done so far, but the sensitivity aspect just might be the determining factor for me.

- Bib Hanger allows more weight to be used. But it does cut off circulation and I have read that some experience reduced sensitivity while using it.

- Auto-Extender Vacu-Hanger might tend to cause fluid build up and holds less weight. But I haven’t read about reduced sensitivity so far, and it doesn’t cut off circulation.

With there being such a time commitment until gains are what most want them to be, I figure sex that I can fully feel, in the mean time (sensitivity), is probably the wisest choice as far as choosing which hanger to go with.

Anyone who can add anything to this, I appreciate it.

I don’t have a Bib, so I can’t compare.

I have made and used home-made vacuum-hangers and have and use the Vacu-Hanger and VacExtender. So far no noticed effect on increased or decreased sensitivity.

Short-term decreased sensitivity - only a slight numbness for as long as the fluid build-up is present, as the glans feels a bit “hard” if I overdo hanging / stretching.

Do note that I am not impartial, as the Vacu-Hanger is the marketed version of the SuckXtender that mbuc and I concocted. Nevertheless, I don’t see how a clamp hanger - even in theory - would be better than a vacuum hanger.

Is it possible that the bib hanger can reduce your girth as a consequence of length gains?

Am also thinking of buy an hanger and I’m try to find out the functional differences between bib and vacuum

Yepes,

I’m not so sure about loss of girth as consquence of length is true (kind of doubt it) but if it is true, it is valid for all length gains, regardless of method.

The two types would be “clamp” versus “vacuum”, rather than any manufacturing name. A do-it-yourself clamp hanger is fairly easy to make - check out the Captain’s wench or Piet’s simple clamps.

For functional differences between the two types, there are other threads - search for “vacuum” etc.

I wouldn’t mind hearing your views on why a vacuum hanger is better than a clamp hanger?

Read my thread ‘best way of hanging, some ideas’. Vac-hanging is far better imho - (I have both bib hangers and a vac hanger, so I can compare - started with bib, then bib starter, now vac - the killer).

why vacuum hanging would be preferable?

+ comfort
+ longer hang time possible
+ less skin pull (if you keep the seal short!) = less turkey neck
+ force more directly on the tunica (since the glans is connected to the tunica)
+ lower risk of actually squishing something
+ no restriction of blood flow
+ ease of application
and a few other points, I guess.

- lymph buildup (uncomfortable) and risk for blisters
- lower total weight possible (this might be a moot point - since clamps take more of the weight on the skin than vac-hangers do)
and a few other points, I guess.

May I add that, because almost only the glans is in the hanger fulcrum hanging (superb tunica workout) isfar better and much more comfortable with the vac hanger
