At what weight did you experience most gains from hanging?

I’m a newbie to hanging, and am taking my weight progression very slowly. I’m currently at 6 pounds.

For those members who have been hanging for a while and experienced gains, at what weight (or weight range) did you experience the most gains?


Start/April 2011: BPEL - 6.75" / NBPEL - 6.00" / BEG - 5.125 / Mid Shaft - 4.75 / Glans 4.5"

Current/August 8 2011: BPEL 7.25" / NBPEL - 6.375" / BEG - 5.625" / Mid Shaft - 5.00" / Glans - 4.875"

Goals: NBPEL - 8.25" / Mid Shaft EG - 6.00"

I read somewhere that Bib had the greatest gains around 17 pounds. Seems like a lot.

I started in march, I’m at 12 pounds now, id say I’ve solidified a good 1/2” of length and probably a 1/4” of girth at the very base

It’s not a heavy weight it’s about doing it frequently and by that 2x a day for a year.

How many minutes for each time?

@Carrbc when I started I was 2.5 lbs and went pretty much a pound a week, this past week I went 2 pounds in a week.

I’m thinking about adding 2.2 oz every day, instead of packing on a whole pound I think the gradual weight is what will be key. I don’t think anyone else has tried doing 2.2 oz a day but in theory that should be the ultimate way of adding weight to PE hanging, just keeps the deformation continous and constant, without being extreme or allowing for unwanted “healing” or the gains plateauing because they got used to a certain weight for a whole week, or two, etc. Before putting more weight on, that and it might increase the ability to handle fatigue and remove the unwanted negative side effects when you put on more weight

Slowly add weight, always add weight slowly.

You are not just stretching your penis, you are pulling on many different types of soft tissue in the pelvic region that can be easily damaged. For instance, btc pulls on the fascia in the lower abdomen, ots will pull on the ligaments and tissues that connect around the anus to the pelvic structures.

By the way, did I mention you should slowly add weight.

Optimum weight for me, 3 - 4 kgs (6.6 - 8.8 lbs). Hanging is a game for the tortoise and not the hare.

I think I recall bigger/bib saying that gains dis not really come for him until about 15 pounds.

That said, be careful.

Yeah, I still don’t see the logic beyond waiting out the gains. 1 pound a week is fine, stopping at 6 pounds and adding 10 more hours of hang time is ridiculous. I’d say add weight and be careful. Most of the hangers with large dicks because of it didnt get that way from hanging under 10 pounds

Hanging weights is something in my dim and distant past. I started out with a swim cap. Somewhere in the 7-9 pound range I started to gain. Holy crap, this stuff actually works! That was also the point at which the tape and weights began to pop off the stretched out swim cap. SNAP!

My BIB hanger usage never got heavier than 15-17lbs.

For RSDT FULCRUM 12lbs Maximum I gained from the start of my hanging career so the weight doesn’t matter it is individual for everybody.Some guys can gain on 18lbs some on 12lbs.. Hang as much weight as your body tells you to.
