At what weight did you experience most gains from hanging?

Start/April 2011: BPEL - 6.75" / NBPEL - 6.00" / BEG - 5.125 / Mid Shaft - 4.75 / Glans 4.5"

Current/August 8 2011: BPEL 7.25" / NBPEL - 6.375" / BEG - 5.625" / Mid Shaft - 5.00" / Glans - 4.875"

Goals: NBPEL - 8.25" / Mid Shaft EG - 6.00"

I started (BTC) Hanging at 6.5 BPEL and when I hit 7.75 BPEL I started OTS,RSDT FUCLRUMs now I am 8.3 BPEL you can check my statistics. Since I am doing RSDT and OTS I also hang 1 BTC set per day just to cement my lig gains as Bib suggested. Check my pe statistics for more info

How long have you been hanging?

Since May 2009 and I will continue until I hit 9.5 BPEL !

I started with the swim cap at 13 pounds (a milk jug and a half) and then built my own hanger. Hung at 13 pounds for most of my career. I have gone as high as 20 pounds but operate within the 10 - 17.5 range. And actually at one point, Bib hit 45 pounds. All my gains have come from lower angle hanging. I hope to never go above 20 pounds.


Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches.

Nice gains 7incher!!! I want my dick to grow like yours! It looks like your gains accelerated from April 2010 and on according to your PE stats. What changed for your routine. Did you reach a certain weight threshold, time threshold, change angles or what?

I think that back then I started to Hang every day for 2 hours Almost without day offs.The angle was BTC.Just I hunged more time and I achieved fatigue everyday.

Hanging is starting to seem pretty good way to gain and I would like to maximize my gains (duh, who doesn’t?)

So I’ve got a question for you guys: What kind of hanging-device I should get? I thought that BIB would be good but at Bib’s site it says “you must be over 5 inches thick to use it” or something. So is that a no-go for BIB for me?

I’m currently doing 6-8h stretching 5-6 days a week with VacExtender, haven’t seen any noticeable gains yet (well maybe 1-3 millimeters)
