Are there any RSDT videos that anyone knows about?
I know there is a lot of discussion regarding this technique but I have tried it numerous times and don’t feel like I’m really getting it right. I have built several fulcrums and definetly feel some stretch beyond what I would normally using either SO or BTC/SD. Perhaps that’s enough? From some guys descriptions it sounds like I should be aching in the tunica afterward whereas I am feeling fatigue but definetly not aching.
