I have been hanging consistently for 1 month due to new opportunities in my schedule for PE. If you consider unemployment an opportunity then you can have a fairly good time. I do work at home on my computer and learned to multi task with hanger attached for daily (5) 20 minute sessions starting about 7 am. (5 to 6 days per week). I have a desk chair that I can adjust to a good height to get the max extension. It is very time I consuming with warm ups, wraps and a little jelquing in between sets.
Also use the vacuum pump for one or two in between sets. Finish up by 11 am.
Currently using 10lbs and considering adding 2.5. It is getting very easy to hang 10. Gained 1 inch in the last 2 years with manual techniques but hit a plateau at 7” ebp. My goal is to gain 1/2” in 4 months with hanging. That will satisfy me for a long time (maybe).
Don’t know if I can do it but may as well take advantage of the time and privacy while I have it. At least it does increase my flaccid length
for a longer period of time. Hanging also feels good.
