Are My Ligs Tough? What to Do?
I’ve had the bibhanger for about 2 weeks now and have been using it nightly (missing here or there with the holiday season and all), hanging BTC with 5 lbs for 2 20minute sets. I’ve failed to ever feel “soreness” internally a.k.a. what I guess lig soreness would feel like. I was getting some soreness from skin stretch, but that’s leveling out now too. Does anyone think I’m maybe not getting the ligs and just stretching skin? The skin always gets tight into the fat pad while hanging— I don’t see how this could be avoided. I just never feel an internal pull that almost goes into my abs, as was described in one or more of the threads here. Does anyone think I may not be hitting the ligs? I think I am because I do feel some pull internally just above the penis in the pubic area.
I think I may have tough ligs, and if this is the case, will upping the weight (once I get accustomed to this level, of course) eventually pile enough pounds on to stretch the ligs, or should I maybe start targeting the tunica?
Has anyone else here in Thunders needed to work up to a fair amount of weight before getting any lig stretch and gotten nice results?
