Anyone with a low LOT gain from BTC stretching

I’d post this in the hanger’s forum or general forum, but this is the only place I can post apparently.

Anyway, I just figured out my LOT is around 6:00, as I get tugback at all positions on the clock. However, I’ve gained 1.25” in length from hanging SD and BTC. I don’t know what my LOT was before I started, though, so it might have changed. My question is though has anyone found Bib’s theory doesn’t apply to them? Anyone make substantial gains using lower angles of stretching while they had a LOT of say 6 or 7 o’clock?

Anyone?

My LOT is at 7.00 o’clock, I have gained over 2.125” in length I don’t even bother with any of that theory about how much TUGBACK you have in any position . My hanging is in all different positions, SO,SD,SU, BTC,SOS and even using your own body weight for hanging. I have made up a rope that I attach to the door knob so I can use my body weight. This way I can stretch the penis SO, SO 90 degrees right, SO 90 degrees left and even BTC.


Starting Stats 7/15/05 -- Flaccid L 3.375"x Flaccid G 2.125", BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750"

Stats as of 11/17/07-- Flaccid L 6.000"x Flaccid G 5.6875", BPEL 8.000" x EG 6.125"

Long Term Goal: BPEL 9.000"x EG 6.500" Dusty

Cclark.how long have you been hanging for?

I would also like to hear if anyone wit ha low LOT has gained from BTC hanging.

Anyone? Maybey with a LOT around 5-7 or less?

I’m sorry I meant 6-8 or lower. I always get confused how the “clock” is supposed to do lol.

I don’t think there are many people paying attention to LOT any longer.

Westla, your observations are always helpful, but I don’t know what you mean here. Are you saying that the LOT theory as not withstood the test of time; or that Bib is no longer around to keep explaining it and answering questions; or that in Bib’s absence it is simply gradually being forgotten? BTW, I didn’t do a search on “LOT” but not sure that would have been helpful in this case. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Basically, it’s been shown not to be much of a determining factor for which way one should hang in order to get certain results. ModestoMan has tested it extensively (in several threads, mainly this one) and eventually reversed his earlier position supporting it. Bib being gone certainly plays into the decrease in discussions about it, but I don’t think it’s being forgotten. Many newbies still ask about it or bemoan their fate of having a low LOT. Most of the senior members who respond to those posts now tell the newbies to forget LOT or at least don’t pay attention to it until they’ve done several months of PE. I never supported it because the theory didn’t match the anatomy.

So what does this mean specifically as far as training?

Ignore it completely and just stretch in all directions? Or do the opposite of what LOT was originally thought to dictate, as in stretch low for low LOT and/or high for high LOT?

Do what you would do as if the theory didn’t exist.

Nice gains, but that door knob thing sounds like an accident waiting to happen, LOL.

Essentially, yes. Since the ligaments are attached to the base and top of the penis, downward hanging will stress them most. Straight out, straight down or between the cheeks (SO, SD, BTC) hanging will target the suspensory (mainly) and fundiform (somewhat) ligaments. “Hanging” in an upward direction, over the shoulder (OTS) pulls only on the penis itself. This might work the tunica and/or the ends of the corpora cavernosa, the crura (feet), where they attach to the pelvic bones.

OK, I am seeing that guys are disregarding the LOT theory, but I have read that guys thought that stretching or hanging straight out (SO) was working the tunica.

Was that an off base interpretation as well?
