I dont know if this counts but when doing btc i have put both of my balls to one side of the hanger. I thought twisting was when you were supposed to actually twist the hanger and not your member in the hanger but what do i know.

I guess its the same thing as “bundle strecthing” but while hanging, if you do it at an upward angle it targets the tunica more.

Careful though you might be compromising your nerve bundle on top and just behind your glans. The object of a Bib and a Wench design is to avoid pressure on that area. With a twist you loose that design advantage.
