Anyone riding fatigue with only one set per day?

Here’s my problem. Due to a job change, I no longer have the time to do my regular routine of three to six sets a day. As a result, the feeling of fatigue is harder to achieve and my gains have slowed. This is unacceptable to me. So, I was going to try hanging ‘hardcore’ by only performing one set per day and slowly increasing the weight till I start hitting that fatigue feeling again. Are there any hangers out there doing something similar? I’m wondering if only one set per day is sufficient for riding fatigue.

It’s worth a try. Be certain to increase your weights *very gradually* so that you don’t cause injury in your quest for fatigue. Many guys find that they just can’t handle very heavy weights comfortably, though, no matter how they adjust their hangers, so be careful.

Agreed, I plan on increasing by one pound increments every couple weeks or so, depending on how I feel. And, you’re correct; I may not be able to tolerate a weight that will bring on fatigue with so little hang time. I’ll see. I was just wondering if there was anyone out there that performed a similar routine.

I do one set a day and I gained 1” in more then 5 months. More is better not always true.

If you don’t mind asking, do you ever experience fatigue? And, if so, how did you manage it within the confines of one set per day? Or, do you simply hang a specific weight without regard to fatigue at all.

Dick Builder have you considered using an ADS type of device or weights in replace of some of your sessions?

I only hang three 20 minute sets a night, but I use Monty’s PE weights for 3 hours during the morning hours.

No I never experience fatigue, earlier I did multiple sets and experienced negative PI’s. Later I found out a set between 15 and 20 minutes gave me positive PI’s and results.

MY negative PI’s was following.I lost my gains, my flaccid size was also decreased and no morning erections and I was hanging everyday almost 2 hours and it was way too much for me.

It’s been my experience that I have to experience fatigue in order to gain. That’s why I was curious if anyone was hanging with such few sets and also managing fatigue.

I’ve tried both light weights and a traction device in the past both by themselves and in conjunction with hanging and didn’t have much luck with them. So, I’m not entirely convinced that a few hours with an ADS could substitute a hanging session – for me at least. It’s kind of out of the question though, due to the nature of my work I couldn’t wear anything on my dick and the private time that I do have I plan on hanging. Thanks for the suggestion though.

After my gain lost, I was looking for the routine, I tried newbie routine also but I had no positive pi’s, then I started 10 minutes hanging and 10 minutes jelqing, I had no positive pi’s again. After that I tried 20 minutes hanging and jelqing and I had my positive pi’s.I like hanging because it gives a good stretch to the ligs.
