Anyone know how to measure for cup size for vac hanger purchase?

The biggest difference is the LG is a plastic/glass cap and these cheaper ones are rubber/plastic caps. I have esl 40 and it can be modified to accept a pump and it would then be a true suction cap ADS. But for the same price as the esl40 you can get the knock offs

Did you use the microfoam tape?

I don’t feel it can be completely compared to an LG hanger, not when it comes to hanging heavier weights. If your gonna do what I plan on doing, ADS/light weights these cheaper models should be fine.

I wouldn’t ever get an LG because of all the cons to pros of a bib type hanger and of course the outrageous price. Hopefully these cheaper knock offs create some competition in the market place but honestly I doubt it. Look at bib and MH, I thought bib would come down some on price to be more in line and completely bury MH.

So it just came and the cap is actually plastic not rubber and just by looking a small cap may have been better. But I guess there will be expansion

So after about 40mins I took it off and so far so good I think if I’d have gone longer a blister could have happened. I didn’t use tape because I don’t have any on hand. I also hung a 5 pound weight to see if it could handle it and it did just fine, very comfortable at that weight it could probably handle well beyond that. I’ll try later on to get a feel for how much it can hang. Again I’m not using this as a hanger so experimenting with weight is just to see and give feedback. All and all for $30 something not a bad buy. Oh and the belt is only so so. I don’t see how it would work well for up and to the side pulling. The belt works better for leg strapped pulling.

The real question for me is how the plastic compares to the expensive LG.

Your issue with the blistering is exactly why the idea of having a selection of cup sizes is attractive, since switching cups and taping/wrapping are often discussed in vac hanging.

Have the LG guys offered you any tips?

Yes, LG provides a printed document displaying various tapping methods for cut/uncut guys. However, there was one form of wrapping/tapping that I did not try since it requires me to roll my foreskin over my glands then tape it to keep it in place. I’ve used microfoam tapes, surgical tapes, etc. So right now I’m just going based on the feeling since I know how it feels prior to the blister forming. What sucks is that sometimes that may be 10 minutes into a set or even 8 minutes and then there are days where I can hit 30 minutes in 1 session with no issues.

I can vouch for the quality of the LG, the cap itself is heavy on its own. I do like the idea of using a clamp style hanger in conjunction with my LG hanger but I want to see if I yield any gains from using the LG alone by hitting 20+ LBs for 1 year to give it my full review.

I have used microfoam tape. To my understanding, the point of taping is to compress back the skin, forcing any type of fluid on the surface to not creating a blister. Anyways, I’ve used the microfoam tape and it still caused a blister. I’m still on my progress of increasing weight gradually.

You can try this, one member on here provided solution on how to prevent blisters..

*I’ve been using the Vachanger 3 for over a month now, currently 10-12lbs. Not had a blister yet and I use 2 different types of tape. First I wash my glans with soap and warm water, drying well afterwards. This makes sure the tape sticks properly. Then I tape the entire glans and frenulum with 3M micropore tape, and put a criss-cross of 3M microfoam over the tip for extra cushioning. My glans come out perfect even after a hour straight. To help removal of the tape, I use hot water and a bit of soap. I find you do have to watch out for any juices (piss or precum for example) you may have in the urethra as this can loosen the tape and allow expansion.*

Thanks for the update. I think since we both initially decided we were a size medium and you feel smaller might have been better, I’ll go ahead and order the small version and see how that goes. I’ll only be using it for lighter weights after exhausting my unit with the MH, so knowing it can hold at least 5 pounds is perfect.

Sadly, I’ll have to go with another retailer, as they don’t ship to the Great White North and our snow doesn’t extend past the border for me to ride my snowmobile up there to pick one up. That same cap is being sold all over Ebay though, so it’s great to know they work.

Quick question though: It looks like you need to connect that handpump in order to release pressure. I wonder if an external brake-bleeder style pump and gauge would actually work with this thing?

I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!

I actually was thinking a break bleeder would be better, but you can release the pressure by simply lifting up the sleeve. You need a wider hose to get it to connect to the cap from the break bleeder, I already tried lol.

Somehow in the craziness that is my life I lost the sleeve…..like just lost it a few minutes ago. I’m so pissed at myself, I hung 3 sets of 20 mins at 10 pounds, showered then clamped for 10, I go to put on the vac hanger and I can’t find the sleeve anywhere. Damn

So I found that sleeve after I posted yesterday and I used it for about 2 hours today after hanging. Not bad, a little swollen on the glands after I removed it each time but nothing crazy. Still haven’t tried the tape and I still think a small would be better. I hope to use it longer tomorrow.

why bother with vac hanging, learn to compression hang

The OP isn’t going to use it to hang

How’s the battle going with the cheapo vac hanger/ads Kingscounty?

I’m still waiting on mine to arrive from China, but would love to hear how its going after a couple weeks of use on your part.
