Anybody gain 2"+ with light hanging

Just wondering if anybody has gained more than 2” with light hanging, by light I mean about 6lb max. I hung just 2.75lb for a few hours yesterday. You dont need to be as particular about your wrap or hanger at these low weights and you barely notice the weight if you are used to heavier weights. I am thinking of a routine of manually V-hanging a very large weight say 30lb until fatigue, maybe for only 10-15mins and then light weights for a few hours afterwards.

Most of the paysites selling stretchers say you will gain only up to 2” and most only have equivalent weight of 2.5-3lb. So I wonder if these low weights are just enough to stretch the ligs and higher weights are needed for tunica stretching.

The more time you put in the less weight required. But it still has to be heavy enough to cause plastic deformation. Hanging a feather all day won’t do anything other than amuse your cat.

That’s asking for injury. I think you’ll get better results hanging a moderate weight for the full time available.

There was this guy jayroony who came on Thunder a few months ago. I don’t know if he comes here anymore. He said that he hung no more than 2 1/2 lbs to 5 lbs for a year and a half.

In a 2 year period he gained over 3 inches. He would hang 25 mins to 1-2 hours per day depending on the week. He has a certain routine.

I just finished the first month of a year program based on what he had to say. I could not be happier. My dick is starting not to look like my dick to me. And thats a good thing!

After one month my dick feels so much better than it has in such a long time. Just this week I noticed my flaccid has been hanging longer and very fat. Plus sex with the wife has been Fucking Great. I now understand why his program method what ever would work.

His approach is the exact opposite of what I used to do. And I am not new to PE by no means.

base Jayroony’s posts were all over the place. You would have to read his posts in order to make out his program. I may not have his program (method) down 100%. But I did get some good information from his posts and was able to make a year program out of it.

Please don’t consider me a skeptic, but I have a hard time believing that jayroony gained 3 inches by light hanging between 25 min. and 2 hours a day. I gained 3 inches by hanging up to 30 lbs. for up to 5 hours per day for 2 years. I’ve never seen anyone gain more than an inch or so from light hanging over short periods. I may be proven wrong, but I seriously doubt it. Ask hangers such as Dino9x7, Tex, and Bib how much time, weight and effort that they put in to get their gains.

I find it hard to believe too. What I would like to know is how much the serious hangers like Bib and jelktoid would have gained if they had just hung lower weights for the exact same times they did the heavy stuff. Impossible to know really unless there are any identical twins out there!

Dont base too much on photos, cos looks can be deceptive! Plus its dam hard to photograph yerself imo. Doesnt anyone else have real problem staying 100% for a silly photo/measure, my lil pecker says his bored and goes back inside :p

I might be able to help you there a little. Back in ‘97-‘98, you know, the good ole days of weight hanging, all we had was the swim cap, and the loop. You could not hang very much using those. Ten lbs was a lot, and gains were slow. It was the same ole same ole back then. You might gain a lot and quickly up until you reached the limit of your hanging equipment. Then the word plateau was invented.

It is and was obvious that not just time, but weight, is a crucial factor for the majority of guys.

When I began hanging, I made steady gains up to my level of comfort due the amount of weight I was trying to hang. IOW, I would reach a level of gain, and sometime stay there, until I figured out a way to comfortably hang more weight.

I can see you started out in 1997-98 and then went on with your hanging up until now.
Do you still hang, and what kind of hanger do you use (I guess the BIB)
I’ve just purchased your marvellous BIB hanger, and have started out with 2,5 lbs for 2 hours a day.

Could you please tell me for how long you hang pr. day now and back when you started out and what kind of weights you were hanging then and now ?

I know you probably answer these questions almost every day, but I still hope you will take the time and give me answer.
I’m also very interested in knowing what size you started out with and what size you have now (I’ve read something about you being over 11” long)

Not really. It has been way to long ago to give any accurate progression. But I know I started at about 5 lbs with a loop. That lasted no time at all before I made my first original bib and got up to 7.5 lbs. That is when I started gaining, got excited, and really started trying to do it right. As hangers became progressively more comfortable, I eventually got up to 17.5 lbs. Between 17.5 and 22.5 lbs is where I made most of my gains, and that is where I spent most of my time. But eventually, I plateaued and at the end of my hanging career, I was up to 45 lbs.

No, I stopped hanging for gains and maintantence a long time ago. I have hung some with the production Bibs when trying to replicate a condition for somebody, in order to help them out. Toward the end of my career, I was hanging with a production Bib, but most of my hanging was done with the precursors to the Bibs.
