Well I have been hanging for 6 weeks now . First 2 weeks weren’t very intense , just a little bit to adopt my penis to weights.

I’m curently :

3” flaccid lenght
5.5” npbel
4 3/4” eg

my goal :

6” npbel - 7”
for the girth I don’t mind 5.5” maybe 6 ” … I can work girth easily …

MY LOT is around 9 o’clock
I want only an inch or so in lenght , I will work my girth easily later… before I started to hang , I had 1 month of PE experience a year ago , I did 15 min stretching followed by jelqing after … and I gained 1 cm in girth , I can add girth very easily but lenght is a problem…

My regular routine was : In the morning 2*20 min hanging (10 min rest between) and in the evening 2*20 min hang…
First weeks I could only hang with 3kg max … now after 6 weeks I can hang 8-9 kg.

In the first 20 min I hang with my max weight to fatigue the ligs , first 10 min I hang SD and have a good stretch in the pubic area ,then I move to BTC hanging ( I reduce one kg or two because my skin burns like heel when BTC) … My ligs are sore constantly , I don’t know what that means ? , but I don’t get it…
I will continue to use the current routine , I will add jelqs only (15 min of jelqs a day) …
I think I’m a hard gainer …

I saw guys just doing manual stretching and jelqing , and after few weeks they already start seeing resluts …

I’ve been intense hanging for 6 weeks and nothing yet , not even a 1 mm … It’s a bit kind of depresing , doing a good routine and don’t see nothing yet … I’ll stick to it … I have no problem of dedication …

Holy moley, you can hang 9kg after only 6 weeks?

Do your jelqing after the hanging sessions.

Dude, 6 weeks is nothing, it will take longer than that. As long as you are hanging safely and with comfort, my suggestion would be to add more hang time, using lower weights as fatigue sets in. Do this for 3 months and see what happens.

Yes SS4 :) after only 6 weeks 9 kg … tough boy :) but I can hang 9 kg maybe fort he first 5 min , than I have to drop 1 kg , but after another 5- 10 min , I could go back on 9 kg easily …

We’ll see after the third month what will happen….

What are your rest days? It sounds like you may be overdoing it.

Well I think that I have to stretch ligs often , more and more , until they stretch long enough and say : ” come on guys , he has beaten us , let’s drop some tunica out ” :) Maybe I’m wrong ?

I think that ligs have their own maximum of stretching , and after that maximum is broken , than the gains will come ?? what do you think … or the ligs will be broken than.. ?

My constantly soreness is present all the time , even when I take 2 days off for repairing … But that soreness is felt only to the touch in the upper side of the base (pubic area)… what does that mean ?

Sounds like the right kind of soreness to me. How long has it been sore?

Did you “edge” before your last measurement? That first quarter-inch should be there anytime now, and I’m only saying that because of the type of soreness you feel.

The ligs should never really tear but grow longer with the process. The inner penis comes out in the process.

I was recently in a similar position to yourself, hanging 10kg after a few weeks and was getting a nice ‘sore’ feeling at my base, particularly to the touch! I would take a few days off and the soreness didnt seem to diminish. After a bit of a prod about I found a stringy/lumpy vein at the left side of my base which I now know is thrombosed. After a couple of weeks off its still there but all the soreness is gone and its seems to be harder to find now so it must be healing.

All Im trying to say is take care and make sure that soreness isnt going beyond fatigue. Im going to take it a lot easier when I come back.
