Any LG hanger impressions?

1st set done tonight @ 10 lbs BTC for 20 min. The same weight but less time than what I was using with the Grip. I know it was risky but my ego got in the way tisk tisk, I’ll drop weight next time. I would recomend newbies and pretty much everyone else to just follow a beginner program. First thing I noticed was there was no protection between where my glans would rest in the dome and the vacuum hole. I folded some tissue to plug the hole and add some protection. I used to use a round makeup applicator. I will buy some of those soon and test them out to prevent my glans being sucked on by such a tiny hole. I wrapped like is suggested by the LG guys using the blue tender tape. I unrolled the sleeve applied some vacuum and then some tension and then some more vacuum up to right below 10 Hg. After about a minute I added the weight and adjusted the vacuum and attached the velco strap. I will cut a “girth band” from one of my autoextender sleeves next time to apply to the base as well.

The pull was amazing! I felt something I haven’t felt in a while with The Grip, fatigue. My ligs were burning in a good way during the whole set. I could also feel a strong pull on the top of my shaft similar to doing fulcrum hanging. After the set my unit was very sensitive and tingly. I consider this a good sign and think its due to the nerves being slightly stretched, hopefully along with the tissues. There were some dark purple spots on the glans and some indentations, either from the tape or tissue paper. These disappeared in minutes. Minimal fluid build-up and I already had some from using Golf Weights as an ADS for around hours before my set. So far very good. I got a little too excited and I acknowledge that but I will pace myself from here on out. If I ever get a day where I can hang multiple sets I might go back to wrapping with micropore tape.

Good to hear and please keep us updated with your impressions of the LG, been considering one myself so I’m mostly interested in its potential for girth gains.

I have been hanging with a bib starter for a while now. I’m only able to get at least one set in per day and sometimes 3-4. I’m at 10lbs and my lady has noticed just last week that I’m hitting bottom on her… She says it painful. So I’ve gotten longer. Yay! But the strange thing is my girth has gotten bigger too???? I’ve heard this could be Edema. I have no pain and only hang with light dry jelqing after session to provide circulation. I’ve gained almost 1/2 girth in 2 weeks. Need some advise for the seniors on this site. I love the girth and my lady is having a hard time getting use to it. I love that!!! However could I be causing harm that will give me ED later in life?

You will experience girth increase from the Bib. Most of it is temporary because it is from swelling because your penis is being mashed. If you continue with regular usage, it will become more permanent. If you stop, you’ll notice the swelling will go down and your penis will return to normal girth. You MAY notice an increase in base girth, as a lot of Bib users usually do.

As far as ED goes, I don’t think you’ll have many issues with that. I will caution you though from experience - make sure you are doing kegels to keep your penis “in shape.” I have noticed from hanging that as your penis grows, you need to keep building up with the kegels or it will get weaker.

My girth has increased permanently too from hanging, especially the base. It totally fixed the baseball shape I developed from manuals

I’ve been using the LG for 2 months now. I really love it. I never used a bib so I can’t compare but I had the whole protocol down after a couple sessions. It is just so easy to put on and off. So far I’m up to around 11lbs and I’ve not had any problems with slippage or blisters.

I measured at the end of 1 month and I gained 1cm in BPEL and .6cm in base girth.

I love the LG Hanger. Its the best vacuum hanger I’ve ever had. I will make a thread here but in the mean time for any other LG users can go here for my setup. If any one has any questions or suggestions please go ahead.

The LG Hanger isn’t designed to do crunches and it has only been tested up to 25lbs. I’m not sure why it became uncomfortable after you increased the weight? How much were you hanging at the time?

My issue with the BIB was the break time between sets to get the blood pumping again. Added dded 30-90 minutes a day to training.
