Hi Nostradomus, I gained approximately 0.25” after my first month of hanging. My routine was to hang 5 pounds for 2 sets of 20 minutes (2 days on, 1 day off). I also did about 100 wet jelqs a few hours after hanging. You can see all of my stats and routine in Size’s PE Data Page. Hope this helps!
My first month I gained just under 1/4” (3/16”) hanging. My routine was 3 sets; 25min., 20min., and 15min. (1 hr. total) of 5 lbs. 5 days on 2 days off.
