no ads is needed just hang everyday, split sets can be beneficial … morning and night

I’m sick of my dick thinking it’s erection time every time I wrap and get ready to hang. I wish I could be dedicated again like I was years ago because I want my 8, dammit!


Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

Your almost there, you can do it!

I have that same problem sometimes. I’m only gonna get one set in today, and none yesterday but usually don’t hang Saturday and Sunday. I’m already seeing more length when I go 100% hard in my tube for pumping and I’m going to use that as a way to measure from time to time.

My routine now is-

5 min heat wrap

A and V stretches all directions 30 sec

Heat again a couple mins

3x20 min sets (heat before each set)

Clamp 10 min x 2 every other day

Mixed light air pump 1 on 2 off or a variation depending on feel and time if I’m pumping I’ll clamp a set then pump a set and so on.

At what weight did you start seeing good gains?

I read a lot of guys saying around 15 pounds. It’s not the weight that’s a problem for me it’s more the time. I just put 15 on to feel it and it’s not that bad, definitely not ready for it but feel was not bad.

All of my biggest gains came at 10 pounds when I used a jug full of water and my homemade hanger and hung 4-6 hours a day. That is when I was seeing games of 1/4” at a time. When I got my bib and started hanging heavier weights, I was only getting 1/8” gains sporadically. I can only presume my ligs were maxed out and I needed to work on my tunica. And that takes FOREVER.

A certain amount of edema is unavoidable as the hanging day goes on, no matter how light or heavy the weight. I’d suggest checking out xenolith’s hanger modifications for an extreme toe out and bottom opening. It allows for more circulation and just might solve your fluid problem. Check out xeno’s progress thread and the “hang without wrap?” thread.
