Am I just building up a resistance?
I’ve been PE-ing for about 2 years now and have gained about 1.5 inches in length and .5 inches in girth. I have just recently starting hanging (for about 2 months). I only started hanging because I felt that manual stretching was getting me no where (and because I’m uncut and, because I wasn’t wrapping correctly it hurt!)
I’ve figured out how to wrap in a way that doesn’t hurt, so that’s good. I’ve started hanging only 3 pounds for about 1 month just to get used to the weight, and now I’ve gone up to 5 pounds for yet another month. I do 3 sets of 15 min with a 5 minute break between sets, about on average 4 days a week. I usually can’t make it throught the whole 15 minutes of the last set (I can usually only last about 10, then it gets a little to much. is this fatigue i’m feeling?)
Up to this point I have not seen any length gains.
What I’m concerned with is that am I just building up a resistance to the added weight, thus not enabling me to gain any kind of length. I didn’t start off with 5 pounds because at the time it was just too much to take. But after I got used to 3 pounds, I was able to go up to 5 pounds.
My LOT is 9, so I’ve been letting the weight hang strait down (because I’ve read that you should stretch strait down with a 9 LOT).
For the guys who were in the same predicament as I am and later started making gains, any advice from you would be greatly appreciated! Am I just getting antzy expecting to see gains, or do I need to be more patient?
