Hey guys,
I am on the verge of making a comeback to PE through hanging.

I put the BIB starter on last night (theraband as only wrap) and I tested it by pulling the hanger down with the force of my hands and I felt a stretch that I diddnt get when I did it by hand manually (no hanger).

I don’t know if it’s skin or lig though.

I only get it when I stretch straight down, and although skin tightness at the pubic area seems to be the tightest when stretching down, I seem to notice that I’m getting sore in the pubic area when I press in after the excercise.

But something really interesting is that when I get this stretching feeling when stretching downward with the BIB hanger on (lying on back), When I suck my stomach in the stretch gets REAL intense!

What do you guys think on this?

Where is your bib positioned on your penis?

Skin stretch will feel painful, kinda like a burning sensation. Also, are you cut? or uncut?

Your’e really getting at the lig’s when hanging, pinch the skin on your penis and pull. If you can pull skin and it’s not real tight, then feel the shaft of your dick. It should feel hard, because it’s in a stretched state. After your session, not only will the pubic area be sore, but your dick will have a dull aching feeling. But again, caution when hanging-don’t hurt yourself. You want to stretch the tissue, not tear it. Hanging is a time venture, if you want to gain safely. Less is more, in a manner of speaking. Only hang as much weight as you can handle. If it hurt’s-if your are in pain during your set and your’e watching the clock anticipating gettin done. This is not good, you should be able to do your sets and not be in agony.Your wrap, will have alot to do with the comfortability of your session. tryn

It feels a dull sore, and not a burning as such.

It hurts in the pubic area after.

The skin above the pubic area is tight but i’m not sure if the ache is coming from there.

It’s not really a pain as such, but rather an ache where as if I was stretching my legs or arms.
I think I may have the right idea here.

I also noticed that the tighter the wrap (thera only) it makes less blood clog up in the head during the session.

I will now start hanging weights instead of using manual pull (I was testing before I bought weights).
