Am I hitting the ligs or skin?
I am on the verge of making a comeback to PE through hanging.
I put the BIB starter on last night (theraband as only wrap) and I tested it by pulling the hanger down with the force of my hands and I felt a stretch that I diddnt get when I did it by hand manually (no hanger).
I don’t know if it’s skin or lig though.
I only get it when I stretch straight down, and although skin tightness at the pubic area seems to be the tightest when stretching down, I seem to notice that I’m getting sore in the pubic area when I press in after the excercise.
But something really interesting is that when I get this stretching feeling when stretching downward with the BIB hanger on (lying on back), When I suck my stomach in the stretch gets REAL intense!
What do you guys think on this?
