I did a search, but can’t find what I’m looking for.

I’m thinking of alternating between hanging and clamping.
One month hanging, one month clamping.

The only other thing I will be doing is light limited jelqs and the
Wearing of pe weights.

Anyone done this?

For awhile I was actually thinking about doing something like this, although it would have been in like 3 month sets. I was attempting to stave off toughening the unit by switching it up. I’d actually be interested to hear how it goes.

Do you want to focus on length or girth?

Doing both is a good idea, but choose a focus. Maybe do a month of hanging and then a week of clamping then a month of hanging etc.

Been doing a routine for the last two months that I picked up from you guys, read about on the Internet and sort of developed myself.
Started off March 15 2009 at 5.7 Erect x 4.7 Erect Girth.
Current at today Nov 28 2009 8.1 Erect x 6.0 Erect Girth.
Workout 5 days on two days off.
Warm up for 5 minutes using a microwavable wheat bag (Never too hot, just warm)
I always do manual stretches for 10 minutes, stretching left, hold for 30 secs, right, hold for 30 secs, up, hold for 30 secs, down, hold for 30 secs extra.
Then wet Jelq for twenty minutes with my penis at around 40 to 50 percent erect. Always long and slow.
Then Clamp off at at base while achieving 100 percent erection, add second clamp behind glands and attach weight for 10 minutes. I do this three times and I’m up to 10lbs. After this I release clamps and jelq down for 5 minutes and then warm up the old wheat bag and wrap for 5 minutes.
I also take a well balanced diet vits & minerals, which include zinc, vit C, Vit E, Fish oils, Amino acids, Creatine, L-Glutamine.
Also if you’re a bodybuilder, like me, always wait a good five to six hours after your gym session before attempting any form of PE. This will give your natural testosterone levels time to rise again.

I’ve been doing this routine for the last two months and have got some amazing and dare I say impressive results. Even when my penis is soft it measures a nice 6.2 x 5.5 and no longer resembles a mushroom lost in a bush even on cold days. But this is something that works for me and unfortunately we’re all different. Happy Jelqing.

Did you come up with the idea of Erect-Clamp-Hang or did you learn about it from someone else?
Any injury along the way?

I think your idea of doing one month hanging and one clamping is a good one that may produce good gains for you.
However, I think you will have to lower the intensity of clamping towards the transition week before switching to hanging.
The reason being, if you do high intensity girth work and keep at it for a month, your shaft will become potentially sore.
Then when hanging times comes, attaching the hanger will be painful or uncomfortable, thus limiting the maximum weight that you can hang. It is an issue worth watching out for.

Almost 2.5” in 9 months??!!??!! Wow dude.
You’re routine looks pretty normal except for the addition of erect hanging which is pretty high risk in my opinion. My friendly advice is to be thankful for your incredible gains without injury (it’s like you robbed a bank and didn’t get caught!) and maybe scale back on the erect hanging. It’s one thing to hurt your knee while doing heavy squats and end up with a lifelong nagging knee injury but a damaged penis is something different.

Thanks. I think I was trying to save time with the Erect-Clamp-Hang so I can’t really make any celebrated boasts. I wouldn’t say they were impressive gains though. My penis has always been around 8”. Unfortunately I was the victim of a botched circumcision and most of these gains are down to stretching it out on a regular basis, although my wife and I’ve noticed a considerable thickening of my penis since I started combining the two exercises. The only thing I can say about injury is ‘No not yet!’ However I concentrate on every sting, pull and constantly check my penis through out. In my opinion there are more things that can go disastrously wrong than right and if you’re going to undertake this sort of PE you should undertake it with the uppermost consideration and respect for your own safety.

Wait so your saying you were around 8” then you lost 2.3” due to circumcision, and you’ve stretched it back to 8?
