I’ve actually found a source that makes machinable material that can be magnetized and heat treated.
I’ve already purchased some and will make a split ring, magnetize it to fit around a 1.25” LGH Girth band (which is what I wear). An outer ring of ferrous metal can be made in a variety of sizes and weights that can be added to the magnetic split ring. Obviously it can’t be too heavy otherwise it would pull off your penis. However I believe 1.5 - 2.0 lbs could be hung without sliding or slipping off.

I’m gonna make one for myself and test it out. I seriously doubt I would manufacture for sale. There are just too many unscrupulous individuals out there that have no imagination or creativity that would pirate my idea and design, take it to China and have slave labor copy it so they can make a buck…. you all know who these opportunist marketeers are!

is the reason for it being detachable / clampable etc. for fear of having it getting stuck ? No matter the answer, im just curious.

I’ll post a pic of my weights here in a few for you . But there solid. The ones behind the balls are actually easier to get off that the ones that lock on the shaft ( like golf weights ). Those a compress wrap first then remove. Like LG ( but not so much ). lol, I have THOUSANDS wrapped in various different ideas and designs, then materials, then the sub section of fine tuning sizes, in order to get to what I like . - hope of this helps you on your creation.

I’ve talked with two different patent attorney’s. Patents typically run between 12-20K , but unfortunately they still won’t prevent a China based company from copying / stealing your product or device. Trying to take them to court to sue is fruitless… it can cost more than the patent itself and you still might not get a dime.

I’ve got three new PE devices I’m working on, two of which I’m already using with success. I’m just going to shelve them and when I get ready to sell LGH in about 5 years they will come as a carrot. Someone will buy us out and continue the business or just shut it down to eliminate the competition. The good news is we have verifiable income that has been very good even in spite of Covid, which will be an attractive benefit.

The design concept is very good! Unfortunately all the barbell clamps only lock down in one size…. which is meant to fit an Olympic 2” diameter Barbell. There is no adjustment like a ratcheting cable clamp or the prototype 3D clamp I made.

The chinese are selling those length master devices dld sells on mos, good idea to keep that info close to your chest LG.
Thanks Tbone I forgot it was called the circle device I wish I bought more but unfortunately I also can’t find any info on this guy anymore.

Maybe just use the circle device design and just change the metal from pewter to tungsten that would weigh about 2-3 kgs currently the one I have is 750 grams.

FYI - I’ve had a few conversations with DLD (Mike Salvini), along with multiple text communication.
He told me he has the “Length Master” manufactured by a shop near where he lives (Boston). So if China is now copying it that’s news to me.

He’s a smart businessman, but in my opinion more of a marketer and not an inventor. He has multiple affiliates, which is how he generates income.
What’s interesting to me is how for several years vacuum based devices (namely ours) were trashed on his site, yet now they promote and sell the SillyStretcher. Funny how things can change when there’s money to be made.

I saw them on Alibaba i think he buys a lot of PE gear overseas and marks them up but i don’t know.

Anyhow contacted a couple of metal shops in regards to making the circle device to Tungsten but no luck no one wants to touch it for some reason.

What I have come up with is I made a capt wench, and then added a strap by the knee and a ankle strap that goes under my foot, and made Para cords with hooks to attach to the D rings, and then I just added a another Para cord when I wanted more tension. The other way is to use a cam jam tension-er and a longer para cord. And you can adjust it on the fly. It’s stealthy and comfortable.
