All aluminum hanger-Frankenhanger

You guy’s making your homemade hangers motivated me to make the aluminum hanger -I’ve been working out in my head for a few month’s.

Still working out the adjustment’s, but this one will be much more user freindly than my homebrewed PVC hanger. Hope you guys like the pic’s.

Hey tryn, great looking hanger. Nice mig welding which is not easy in aluminum.

Sweet looking hanger, very nice. Is the silicone material the same as used in fishtanks?

Great job,

You all are still missing the point... The story was great and all but should have ass (and) some anal in it.- RWG

I expected to see something scary, but it looks great, nice job!

cead mile failte :lep:

Nice job on the hanger, tryin;
any plans for mass production????

It looks like a money maker!!!

Looks like a beast. :) You are set up to weld aluminum. Cool. MIG or TIG?

Give us some nitty gritty on the construction.

Nice!!

I especially like the threaded attachment to the sliding /rotating rod and wingnut at the other end.

It must make attachment/detachment really fast, easy and positive.

Holy boxtops T-man, an excellent piece of workmanship and engineering. The only problem I see is that in my clamp, the clamp will break before J-junior will. Not here though, the earth can shake, the sky can fall but this clamp will still be there. It’s able to squeeze tall buildings with a single turn, more solid than a speeding locomotive and (last but not least) able to deflect a speeding bullet. It’s armored for crying out loud! T-junior should be proud to wear it.

This is great stuff.

Good to keep a humerous outlook on all this, it’s still the best medicine.

Sweet! You da man Tryn. Now for the nitty gritty…

bud_do “Hey tryn, great looking hanger. Nice mig welding which is not easy in aluminum.”

Thanx Senor bd, aluminum welding is called heliarc.

789 “Is the silicone material the same as used in fishtanks?”

Sort-of, it’s automotive grade RTV silicone.

SixerMan “I expected to see something scary, but it looks great, nice job!”

Thank you sir!

Thanks, no production plans as of yet, Bib is very protective of his idea.

Heliarc welding aluminum is yes, interesting (cool) to say the least. Nothing like working with steel or stainless steel.

Construction, all 6061 aluminum material. The top piece that rotates was made in the lathe then welded to the hanger. The only pieces that are not aluminum, is the threaded rod (8/32), the wing nut, the post bolts and the chrome acorn nuts at the bottom. My homebrewed PVC hangers will be put into retirement now. Thanks guys……….

BTW, it passed the grueling r&d test this morning-20lb. no problem.

Looks nice! I really don’t know anything of aluminum or welding, though my grandfather was a welder in the ship yards. I assume you may have had to debur any semi-sharp edges by filing or grinding? Do you have to warm this device up? The only reason I could guess would be cold metal could turtle dick some people. Just an uniformed guess. Nevertheless looks great! Congrats.

I know Lewd Ferrigno personally.

Very elite looking hanger! What’s the price?

I’ll try to get some pic’s in use for you. The padded area is symmetrical, not necessarily round but more oval (). My hangers place the majority of pressure on the sides, to avoid any dorsal damage.

Yes, all edges were radiused and smoothed. No need to warm the device, as the padded area is the only part that contacts the prewrap/penis. I hang a rice sock over the shaft and pubic area, during my sessions.
