Again: BiB or VaC Hanging
I was very enthusiastic about vac hanging in the past (originally came from the BiB).
Then, I noticed that high weights and vac hanging are dangerous (blisters, frenulum tear) so I went back to the BiB (uncomfortable), tried the BiB junior (uncomfortable, too), switched mach to vac hanging and finally, just recently, started hanging with the original BiB again.
Seems to me that proper wrap and heat are crucial. Going up with the weight well above the vac experience (max 15 pounds). With the original BiB I am now at 30 pounds without injury, just moderate discomfort (admitted).
So I hope that gains will show.
Any input, own experience?
