After 6 months of hanging
I have been hanging for six months. The last two months have produced no gains. I am not disappointed though, I have gained nearly ¾ of an inch in six months (7 ½ to 8 ¼ BPEL). My goal is 9” BPEL, so I have ¾ of an inch to go.
The first few months, I was doing 8-9 sets a day, and the last several months, I have only been doing between 4-5-6 sets a day. I thought maybe with increasing weight, I could do less sets, but I guess this is not a good strategy. I plan on doing 8 sets a day now. Also, during some of the sets, I would stop between 17-20 minutes. I am now going to do a full 20 minutes, even if I have to take weight off.
Any suggestions or advice from experienced hangers?
