AFB question

Sorry to ask more but something’s been bothering me. My Afb slips off once in a while and it’ll only stay tugg if it make i make it real tight. When it’s tight it squezzes my shaft making an hour glass effect. If I continue to hang, will my shaft lose girth because of the afb squeezing it? Thanks.
