How do you know when your ligs are fully stretched out?

How do you know when to go to tuncia work?

If done correctly will 15lbs feel just like 5 lbs?

Are there vitamins or pills that could help with the stretching?

Is it possible that some people can not gain?

I did hanging for about 6 months and some personal stuff came up and I was unable to be as consistent as I was before with it. I was up to about 15lbs and doing 2 hours a day. I am getting back into it now and I am basically going to start over from scratch. Im going to go back to 5lbs, but I am going to still do two hours a day and change weights by one pound every two weeks. Although I was very consistent before I never saw any gains which was discouraging, but didn’t distract me from my goal. If there is one thing in this world that I want is to have a larger penis so I am determined to do it to the max. I was able to bring my starting lot from 8 to about 7ish, which is good.

I am just looking from advice from anyone that has gone through this.

Depending on how long you’ve been out, it may be worthwhile to spend a month doing some conditioning before hand. Other than that, I’m not much help. I would just take your time. This is a marathon not a sprint. If you stop seeing gains then it may be time to change your routine and target different areas. L-Arginine help to increase bloodflow which is always a good thing. That wouldn’t hurt to try. You could try taking some herb that help with inflammation. I know turmeric is one of natures most powerful anti-inflammatory drugs. However I’m unsure the dosage you would need to get those kind of results.

Hey man, I have only heard of two people on here that hung properly all the way up past 20 pounds and did not gain.

When you say you do 2 hours of hanging each day is that total time (including breaks, warm ups and other exercises) or just hanging time?

You know your ligs are tapped when you stop gaining between the cheeks. You are talking about LOT, but palpating and observing your exit point are probably better tests to predict ligament gains. These tests can both be found on Bib’s website.

5 could feel like 15 when you are just starting out again, but it will quickly become light. I just got done with a break too. I was up to 11 before and I had to start back at 3.5 which caused just as much discomfort as the 11 had before the six month break. And even at 3.5, I started gaining again almost immediately.

Vitamins, magic beans, and snake oil aren’t gonna help too much when we are talking about stretching. Eat healthy and stay hydrated.

Awesome man, I used to take L-Arginine and I could notice a difference. Not really sure why I stopped taking it. I believe I took it when I was doing the jelqing routines a while back but I will get some more and give it a shot. Thanks for the advice on the herbs.

The two hours a day is purely just hang time. I don’t count the breaks in between the sets or the warm up/down part of it. I would say I dedicated about a good 3 hours total to hanging each day, which is a lot of time but I am very determined to get larger.

I guess I wont know until I get back to it this Monday as far as the weight difference. I think my main problem before was my wrap. Im going to go and get some hair wraps and try that and see how it pans out. I’ve started eating healthier, no more red meat(maybe twice a month), cut back huge on the fried foods, I never really drank soda pop. I do however smoke cigs, and have been for the past ten years. I am truly considering just to quit that in hopes that it helps with gains.

what is your previous experience to hanging mate? what gains have you got so far? If you have already gained from extenders and/or stretches it might require heavy weight to break out that limiting factor your have already toughen up. In Bibs forum there are just to cases of people that worked all the way up to 30lb and did not gain. Maybe your case is that you need more time… do you feel fatigue? Btw are you uncut?

Cookietree, 2 hours of hang time is how much I log daily as well, 6 20 minute sets. That has definitely worked well for me. I tried HTW, but eventually settled on thin sweatshirt material with self-adhesive bandage over the top. You just got to find what works best for you.

No red meat?! Are you crazy?! Eat healthy, but don’t let it become asceticism. ;) I’m just messing around, but red meat is ok in moderation. Lean red meats - sirloin, round, skirt, flank - are all actually pretty healthy protein sources. And they have a lot of b-vitamins and healthy fatty acids. I eat red meat everyday and I powerlift - my blood pressure and blood lipids are excellent, and I stay right around 10% body fat. Just like all things nutrition, you can do red meat healthy or unhealthy.

Cigarettes are a tough one. I used to smoke, and it definitely messed with my lung capacity and my teeth. I switched to an e-cigarette on the recommendation of a pulmonary specialist and all the problems disappeared. And it is WAY cheaper in the long run.

I haven’t been able to gain anything so far, the highest weight I reached before stopping was 15lbs. I never gained from jelqing or extenders or stretches, I’ve never gained from anything so far. I’ve never really felt fatigue, to be honest Im not sure what it is supposed to feel like. If anything I feel more stress with on my skin they anything else. I am cut.

Im going to go to a store today and get the head wrap and see how that feels today. Although I never really felt much stress on anything especially at 5lbs so I guess I really wont know until I get up to a higher weight. I’m still going to eat red meat, but just not as much as I used to. I want to start eating healthier, not just for my penis but for my body as a whole.

The cigarettes thing is a tough one, I would like to just quit all around and not need to want to smoke one. Its really a burden on my to want to light up after I eat or when Im bored, I would like to break that spell. I will go and get some new wraps and eat healthier and see where it goes. It really sucks I have to start all over again but that’s what come with the territory. I appreciate every ones help with this. Wish me luck.

I used one of those HTW the other night and they still pinch when you tighten the hanger down enough. I’m seeing that regardless of which wrap I use, it’s crucial to adjust my wrap where it begins to bunch up and that’s usually on the first layer of the wrap. I just pull it here and there so it smooths out.

Once that’s out of the way the hang session is pain free and the only thing I feel is the dull pull on the ligs in the pubic region (BTC). When the wrap bunches, a minuscule 2.5 lbs feels like I’m trying to pull my bottom lip over my face.

BTW, I’m using a thick T-shirt for my wrap.

Also, I would recommend attempting to master the BTC posture and not bounce around with several different positions for quite awhile. (I screwed up by doing the hang in every direction method and just wasted my time and got ZERO gains) That will mean starting with low weights and staying patient. I can probably hang 25 lbs standing up with a modified bib hanger (pvc model) but when it comes to BTC.WOW!! My max is 7.5 lbs.

Great thanks a lot to everyone!! I like what you said elvis, before when I hung I did SD and BTC, but now I’m going to just focus on BTC since that is an actually harder stretch then SD for me.
