Advice on Hanging

Alright guys, I’ve been doing the newbie routine for about a month now and I’m looking to start focusing on my length gains for a while to see if it makes my routine more effective.

From what I’ve read throughout the forum, it seems that hanging is the next step in this process.

However, there are so many choices, and so many different reviews on each product that I’m feeling a bit confused. Any advice from you guys on the next step I should take would be great help.

The main reason deciding on a hanger has been so difficult is because I’m uncut and it seems the hanger you choose will determine how comfortable this transition will be for me, if possible at all.

Any uncut guys out there have success with a specific hanger? Or maybe you have a different idea on what my next step is.


What have you been doing routine wise?

Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

As far as routine goes I’ve kept it pretty simple as I’m just starting out. 10 min warm up with rice sock and stretches, 10 minutes jelqing and 10 min post warm up with stretching and rice sock.

Also, I was reading through the forum and came across a theory (I forget the name of it) that says if my BPFSL is shorter than my BPEL then I need to start focusing on length and the tunica. If anyone could let me know if I’m on the right track or not that’d be great.
