Advice on conditioning
I haven’t been PEing very intensely lately, just a lull in motivation and available time. I am thinking of taking up hanging so I can get some of it done while doing homework and sitting on my computer, but lately I’ve only been doing about 2 days of PE a week, 18 min stretching, 20 min jelq, and ~1 hr of clamping. Do you think I would still be conditioned enough to start the hangar 101 routine (1 month, 3x15min hanging sets, 5 days a week, 2.5 lbs).
