I just started hanging straight down. My first limiting factor is my Septum. Although the septum is part of the Tunica, and according to the lot theory I should be hitting the higher angles, does anybody think I am wasting my time? I’m stretching this way because I can feel my whole septum stretching this way. If I lean backwards a little bit, I feel it tremendously. Any thoughts?

I’ve read you can hang down even when your lot is 6:00, because your tunica is the only thing that can stretch at that point.

However perhaps hanging upwards is more efficient.

I am not a vet and I don’t hang, but if you feel the stretch in your septum, then don’t you think you cannot do any better than that?

Secondly (I apologize in advance to people who hang if I don’t make any sense ), if you hang downwards, it does stretch everything no matter what the lot is, doesn’t it? As in what Redwood said about 6:00 lot.

My septum is also my limiting factor and I hung (taking a break from hanging right now) SO with a fulcrum for some great results (0.22 inches in a month).

I felt a better tunica stretch hanging SO with a fulcrum then I ever did hanging SD. I think this may have been because a fulcrum mimics an upper angle stretch as well as inducing localised increase in force.

Thanks for the input. I just feel it so good throughout my septum, that it just seems right to do. Since the Lot theory evolved, I don’t know of anyone posting they went against it. I figured what the hell.

I always just hung SD or BTC. I’m not too technical, but when the ligs become extended to the max, the inner penis starts taking more and more of the load. Seems to me that the septum would go along for a ride long before the inner penis, in terms of limiting factors.

I wouldn’t say that I went against it…but I never took any real notice of it either.

SO worked for me in two ways; Results and the fact it allowed me to do other things at the same time.

If hanging downwards feels good for you, then do it.

Can you describe this SO with a fulcrum? Are you seated with your dick draped across a dowel on your lap?

Latest: 6 BPEL x 5 EG on 2/17/04

Goal: 7 BPEL x 6 EG

You are proceeding exactly right; the only comment I have would be for you to affect your left and right sides by hanging over the right and left thigh before hanging downward. Usually 10min per side and at least 15min straight down. Hanging upside down makes no sense.

I have tried that, and my septum still takes all the stress. I feel no tension on either side of my shaft when hangng over the leg.

Been so-o-o busy. The kids, work, getting the house fixed up to sell it and move. Still hanging SD and getting fatigue and even slight pain in the ligs but haven’t been able to put several days of it together to get anymore gains. Not only that but I suspect I would need more intensity in the fatigue ( borderline pain ) to get results. So I’m mostly in lurk mode til someone like Tomba raises my interest or someone bumps the CCH3 thread. I still check in almost daily.

I’ll try your method soon. I’m motivated to get any sort of gains from the tunica since I don’t think I’ve gotten any except for the first .25 inch when I first started out with jelquing. Hanging upwards with about 7 lbs. for a few hours a day was a dismal failure and I don’t have the means or time to hang upwards with anymore weight.

So do you feel the fatigue/burn in the tunica with this fulcrum?
