So I’m again on my old routin with hanging: 3 days on, 1 day off, and so on

I’m using on the 3 days on now the PeniMaster after my hanging for the rest of the time of the day. Should I do ADS too on the 1 day off? Or is this bad?

I try do do an ADS every day for nearly all of my waking hours. Since one of the major points of an ADS is to keep junior stretched out while he heals, and you get a lot of healing on your off days, you want to maintain that stretch all week long.

Say, how intense stretch would you think it to be? About 1 pound or more?

I’m using 2 or 3 golf weights for an ADS. They’re each a little over 5 ounces, so a pound is about right. Some guys user more weights than that for an ADS, but it seems to work fine for me.
