i am using the therawrap ads ,after using the bib,one thing i have noticed is that even on the weeks where i might only use the bib a couple of times,seems pointless,but by using the ads i get really fatigued in the lig area ,i might ads for about 3-4 hours ,could this possibly give me some lenght gains?

It will if you hang with your bib before but not on its own because the tension of the thera is not enough to evoke a plastic response to the stretching (unless you have super weak ligs) so you would only get flaccid length gains.

In theory anyway.
