ADS
I currently have been using the vac extender as an ADS. I have been consistently wearing it on an almost 5 day basis for 1:30 - 2hrs each day and then taking two days off. I have been doing this for several months and seen very little gains. I was wondering if anyone thinks I should extend this time to 3 hours 5 days a week for a few months to see if I get any results or try something different. I have just been stretching almost no jelqing at all do to no privacy at the moment. I am a full time student and work everyday and I usually wear the ADS during school hours. I took the last week off to re-coop and start again, and was thinking of starting with 3 hrs a day for 5 days to see if I can kick start some gains. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
