I think I found a simple way to have an ADS:

You have to get some golf weights at Wal-Mart
1, Start with 4 weight inside dia. is 1 1/4”
2, Use some lub on your penis so they slde on easy
3, Stack all 4 on top of the other
4, Use a wrap around the end of your penis and clamp with a velcro tie.
5, This weight is equal to about 1 1/4 lbs
6, If you get two more you would have 2.0 lbs for hanging
