what would be a good weight for an ads, im currently using about 1.1lb would that be enough ?

Yeah its a good weight to use if you do it after hanging or on rest days to keep the extension during healing, which I feel is very important. But on its own its not enough weight to stretch the elastic fibers in the ligs.
