ADS/Hanger

ADS/Hanger

Hey,

I’m looking for advice on a good hanger, I don’t have loads of spare cash - was considering a silicon sleeve ADS, any advice would be much appreciated.

Theres instructions on here telling how to make a hanger for cheap, just do some research.

Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

Do you want a hanger or do you and an ADS? They are different.

An All Day Stretcher is light weight. A hanger is for serious weights.

I have a question about ADS vs Hanger, and it would really help for some input from experienced members with both (I have both an extender and a BiB hanger).

The extender seems to try and stretch the corpus cavernosa and spongiosum (not sure how it’s spelt), or in laments terms, the shaft of the penis, while the hanger seems as though it has a much greater impact on the ligaments at the base of the penis.

That being said, would a combination of the two increase effectiveness as through delivering an overall more thorough stretch to the penis in general?

Thanks in advance,

H4

That is exactly the reason for an ADS in conjunction with Hanging. The heavy hanging produces the micro tears which is what produces the gains and the ADS is used to keep the results so you have progressive gains.

Oh alright, thanks.
What about the ads (extender) alone? I am using just the extender right now, as I’m not too sure / a little bit fearful of the hanger at the moment as I am new to PE and therefore unconditioned.. You think I will gain from the extender at higher resistence levels just likely slower than from a hanger?

That would be my guess. It all depends on application time duration. Given steady stress over long periods yes there will be gains. How much, how fast brings in a lot of variables such as healing rate. Your flexibility and lig toughness. Volume of your unit. Consistency of routine.
You see there is another factor, that factor is assimilation. Once your unit gains the ability to withstand the stress you place on it, gains stop. The only way to gain again is to bust things up. This can be done with fulcrums, weight increase, angles, or even chemicals such as Ibuprofen or aspirin to slow down healing cycles.

I guess the short answer to your question is the use of both would have an advantage over one or the other.

Sorry, but I have to chime in. There isn’t any circumstantial evidence that aspirin or ibuprofen can help gains in any way and these are also drugs that shouldn’t be taken without real needs.

Apology accepted and opinion acknowledged.
