ADS and hanging and Erection Quality...

I did some searching and have not found a lot of info on this.

I am using an ADS and I am having some EQ loss.

Anyone else have a comment or similar story?

Me. I’ve been using an extender (not a ADS as i first stated) for over two months, and while the first 3 weeks gave me rock hard erections, the last 5 weeks have reduced my erections. This is simply (i think) my cock not handling the stretching force very well (not really much in this case, way less then what people are using in here). I’ve come to realize that some few people, like myself, is very inclined to injuries and exhaustion, even to little PE force. So i have no other choice then to go VERY slow and carefully. I mean like never ever doing anything other then light ADSing and pumping. That’s it.

So, if you’ve been stretching with high or even relative little force, and are now experiencing reduced EQ, this is the time to cut back stretching force and/or time. Take a break and start over again. Slow. As in you doing PE for the rest of your life.

update: Well I took a few days off ADS and yes sir my EQ came back in spaids! Great quality.

Guys I got scared! lol, I was having sex and I noticed the sensation was not as strong as any other times previous, that messed up my head thinking I am fucking up my EQ and of course, that also effected my EQ.

Not that anyone should care, but it is back and I am back to ADS’ing. =)

I find using the ADS after hanging helps me to maintain good erections. I use a vac hanger and a vac ads so the trauma to my shaft is minimal, (exept for the trauma Im looking for, ligs, etc), in fact as soon as I take it off, I get an instant boner, and its rock hard too. Makes the bathroom breaks at work a little longer than they should be, but its all for a good cause ( a bigger boner :) )

Length work tends lo lower EQ. Do at least two jelq sessions per weeks when focusing on length.

I know this is an older thread but for those interested, I have found that for certain - too much weight and too intense without while hanging does affect eq.

I took a decon break and I’m back to raging EQ!

I think a common misconception is that ADS (being all day in nature) is somehow mystically less taxing that other methods of elongation. If you - for instance - attach your silicone sleeve leg strap to your ankle rather than to the top of your calf, you could be easily producing a level of traction equal to 15lb+

There’s a device I saw in my local supermarket recently for measuring the weight of your luggage, accurate to within 0.5lb or similar. I think it’d surprise quite a few people if they stretched their ADS to the tension they use then hooked one of these devices to it.
