A thrombose vein from dual fulcrum hanging
I got a thrombose relapse yesterday. I thought it went away, but it didn’t. I think dual fulcrum hanging is the cause of this. I used 5 pounds. On the first day of dual fulcrum hanging I did 1 hour. Next day I did 2 hours (seperate it in morning and night). The third day I got really carried away thinking that I’ll get faster gains if I do more hours. So I did a whopping 6-7 hours throughout the day. That night I didn’t work myself to an erection if I had any huge veins. But I did check on the morning the next day. I noticed large veins once again on the upper left side of my shaft. I just completely ignored it and went again hanging for 1 hour. I know I’m very stupid, but you don’t understand I’m also very desperate to gain something. After I removed the hanger after the hour and worked up to an erection again to see how my veins. This time I noticed huge lump on the base of my penis which is basically a large nerve that comes from my pubic bone to the upper left part of my shaft. Whenever I pull my penis skin forward I feel a pain right where the pubic bone and lump are. Ever since then I’ve completely stopped and been taking 200mg niacin, ibprufren 2 pills twice a day, red wine, and hot wraps. I thought by my second day off my veins would have slowly come down. But they haven’t yet. I hope it recovers fast because I want to get this thing going already. The bottom line is I put too much stress on my poor penis for one day…6-7 hours (I was thinking I was Bib lol)! I should have gradually worked up to it. Dual fulcrum hanging is very dangerous especially because your hitting the underside of your penis which has a lot of capillaries that may get damaged. Better to do 1 hour a day and rest. As what Bib says I need to stretch out my tunica more and dual fulcrum is the best way for me. I’m using jelktoid’s method of hanging, by placing a rod on top of my legs and placing the base of my penis over the rod and let it hang with weights. Stretching my ligs is a waste of time, but I need to stretch the tunica that’s probably why I’m not getting gains. Can any of you experienced hangers specifically ones who dual fulcrum hang give me some advice. Have any of you got vein problems from over doing it with hanging?
