To answer your question, I am not a hanger, but in PE, individual physiology and reaction to stress varies, so I don’t know if there is one approach that works for all.

My suspicion would be that some may find it productive to hang more weight for a shorter time, and others would find themselves with an injury with that approach.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.
