A Question for BIB
Hi BIB. First of all I would like to thank you. I have been using your hanger for about 3 months and have seen some gains. The wife has even commented which makes it worthwhile. I also enjoy your in depth answers with lots of explanation. They are very informative.
Now my question. If you were starting today, what would your program be? In other words, in your opinion, what is the fastest way to get gains? Your technical explanations have been great and I understand breaking progressively stronger fibers and letting them heal longer under a stretch. But if you were going to design a program, what would it be…how many sets, what hanging angle, when to change things up, etc.
