Hi BIB. First of all I would like to thank you. I have been using your hanger for about 3 months and have seen some gains. The wife has even commented which makes it worthwhile. I also enjoy your in depth answers with lots of explanation. They are very informative.

Now my question. If you were starting today, what would your program be? In other words, in your opinion, what is the fastest way to get gains? Your technical explanations have been great and I understand breaking progressively stronger fibers and letting them heal longer under a stretch. But if you were going to design a program, what would it be…how many sets, what hanging angle, when to change things up, etc.

After getting used to the hanger by hanging straight out for a while, I would begin to try hanging BTC. Slowly lowering the angle of hang each day. It takes a while to stretch the skin at the upper base of the shaft, but the BTC angle will stretch the ligs which should give the fastest gains.

Further, I would slowly increase the weight until I reached my maximum. This can be done while the angle of hang is lowered. I would hang for as many sets as time allowed, or until I had to drop my hanging weight to one half my maximum weight.

After reaching total fatigue while at the BTC angle, I would hang straight out. Then, when the ligs had recuperated enough, I would switch back to BTC. The recuperation may take a few hours or a week depending on the amount of fatigue.

Upon reaching a plateau, no gains for a couple of months, switch to over the shoulder and legs using the same technique of reaching total fatigue. Do this for a couple months and then go back to BTC.

If needed, ask detailed questions.

Congratulations on the gains. Did you measure before starting? If so, what have you gained so far?

Thank you BIB, that really is a great answer. In three months of hanging I have gained 1/4 inch in length and 1/8 in circumference.I have been hanging 4 or 5 sets 3 or 4 times a week depending on time so I consider this to be exciting.

Just to clarify a couple of points. When you say hang straight out do you mean sit back in the chair and let the weights hang off the end of the chair? Second, when you say you have reached total fatigue and to hang straight out until you recover which could take up to a week…does that mean that sometimes the next day you could still be to fatigued to hang BTC but that you should hang straight out?

And, by the way, I think you write very well. It just happens that this is a subject where very minor nuances make a big difference. Kind of like the golf swing…do you think anyone could write a book that perfectly explained the golf swing to every single person who reads it…not a chance. This is similar and I applaud you for your effort to find new ways to say things until we all get it. Thank you again.

BTC means the flaccid penis bisects the balls, then actually is pressed into the crack between your cheeks. Your butt has to be off the seat of the chair with your pelvis perpendicular to the floor. IOW, almost laying down.

Yes, the pelvix is straight up, almost at the same angle as when standing. The weights must hang off the end of the chair. The skids of the hanger are on the seat.

Yes. This will depend on the individual. Some recover quickly and some much slower. Also, some cannot hang straight out when fatigued BTC. You should be able to hang OVS or OTL though. Try to hang in the fatigued state, even if it is at a reduced weight.

Not to mention that I only have personal experience with PE on one penis. I am constantly reminded that what works for me may not work for someone else. Sometimes, a guy will just have to make up his own tactics.
