a little help with the routine
I am a beginner and just wanted to get a routine that i can start of at. At first i think i started of to fast, but i am not sure. The first couple days I started of a 2lbs, then went to 3,4,5 and now 6lbs. I was doing 5lbs for about 2 hours a day, but I don not know if that is to much. I am at 6lbs not and am going for just 45 minutes-60 minuets for a weeks or to. How does all of this sound, can anyone give me a sample routine?
