The amount of hanging required to achieve gains seems to vary a great deal from one man to the next. Also, the longer you’ve been doing PE and the more you’ve already gained, the harder it generally is to see additional gains through hanging.

So I can’t really say that 5# BTC for 1 Hr will do it for you. You’ve been at this for a while and have already had your newbie gains. So, maybe yes, maybe no. Try it and see.

BTC is probably my least favorite hanging angle. With me, it seemed to place a lot of stress on my abdominal fascia—in fact, I felt more of an effect there than in my penis. SO or slightly SD can work well. SU can also be great.

In general, if there’s a structure that’s clearly limiting your length, it’s best to arrange your hanging angle to put the maximum stress there. Otherwise, I think it’s a good idea to hit the penis from a variety of angles.

I’m hanging right now, I am at 5lbs with it SD, I always hang like this, I’ve just put a pull up bar that you use to do pull ups between a doorway between my legs and just hung the bib strap over the top.

The bar is made of metal and it’s telescopic.

It feels very different o hang this way, to be honest there is hardly any pain or pressure, in fact I hardly notice I’m hanging, why do you think that is? I feel like my cock is going to fall off when I hang SD. This is so much more comfortable.

I hope I am able to hang more like this. It’s just that, well, I really don’t want to waste my time hanging at the wrong angle, when I should have just stuck to SD, but then who knows what works it’s different for everyone, it’s like big M says, the more angles yo hang at, the more chance you have of finding the perfect angle for yourself.

But as long as it’s for sure, that hanging SO, is not a wast of time, like people say it seems to stretch the tunica more. Wait a moment, as I’m writing this I’m starting to feel it working the far underneath base right at the back of the cock, it’s a little pressure there, it seems to be pulling more from underneath the shaft than on top, but there is no doubt an all round pull all around the Base of the shaft, possibly to mid shaft too.

I might just mix it up each day, 2 sets of SD and 1 set of SO etc.
