I’ve been hanging for 3 weeks with Bib starter, up to 8 lbs., three 1/2 hour sets, 5 days per week.
I show signs of fatigue, but I never have any lig soreness after my sessions. Does this mean I should keep adding weight?

I assume you have moved up slowly and evenly to eight lbs over these three weeks. If that is the case, you are doing things correctly. Sure, you can go ahead and move up a pound or two at a time. Just don’t jump up five pounds at a time. There will come a point where you will recognize that you are at the correct weight. A good amount of fatigue with lig soreness after, but also a comfortable weight while hanging.
Also, if you are reaching fatigue, you are doing some good already. Plus, I assume during these three weeks you have learned the proper way to hang, and what you should be feeling.
Thanks for your response. I have moved up gradually and read and absorbed as much info from this forum as possible. I think I am doing everything right, it just seemed like a good time to check in before moving up to 10 pounds. The bib starter is great! Very comfortable. Thanks again for the reassurance.
Man, quit referring to yourself as “old”…lol-making me feel that way.
Remember: you are only as old as the women you feel…. (Shit-that makes me over 50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
