SO hanging=sitting in a chair, dick stretched out at 90 degrees or higher.

I also use the shoelace thingy for SO hangingt tried OTS yet….you got the right idea.

Sorry bbs, I am having trouble conceptualizing this, I take it with your dick at 90 degrees, that is, pointing outward, you have something supporting it, similar to fulcrum hanging???

I sit in a chair at 90 degrees…my dick has the hanger on and is being stretched out at 90 degrees or higher….I use an extension for the weights (shoelace) and throw this over a free-standing towel-rack I have. Depending on how close the towel rack is to me, the angle of my dick changes….also the towel rack has differnt height bars which also influences the degree of angle…..got it?

It’s just like the picture SS4Jelq showed in his thread on fulcrum hanging except I use a free-standing towel rack instead of a pullley or hook thingy under the desk. also, I don’t use a fulcrum yet either.

well based off what BIB and other “vets” say you should focus on one angle or position exclusively for a period of time, then when it becomes less effective or the gains diminish its’ time to switch. You can’t specialize on multiple areas at the same time. “Divide and Conquer” is a catchphrase around here. I agree aswell
