Is it OK big guy just (Big T) this once? I thought it might do the whole hangers crowd some good, to compare my hanging to theirs.

It’s a video about 3 mins long showing how I wrap and hang at each angle.

Could a MOD give me the go ahead, or the big cheese himself? Or some advice then I will link it here.

Saw the clip. The advice I would give is make sure you can see and feel the head for discoloration and numbness. Your wrap completely slip over your head completely concealing it. Maybe wrap a bit further back and tighter. Some use additional wrapping after the ace bandage. That may be necessary to tighten the hanger more and prevent slipping.

Otherwise, looks pretty good.

I know, no matter how tight I do the wrap it always bunches up a little, it’s hard to stop that from happening.

I go really tight with the hanger, it almost hurts it’s so tight I feel the grip like a vice underneath the shaft mostly, right near the base, it feels as though the penis shaft is being squashed.

Does anyone else feel this way when the hanger is tightened?

Nice video. I have the same problem with the wrapping. With I use the VacHanger, mines will always slip off. That is why I do not use any wrapping. But overall really nice video for people who are learning.

I guess many experience the same challenge…as long as you can still reach in and feel the glans to make sure there is no numbness. This pic of one of the mods BTC hanging shows the head just barely visible under the wrap.

A lot of people say hanging BTC is best for down angles, am I wasting my time hanging SD, does it target ligs mostly hanging SD?

My hanging wrap is a little different than most I think. I did vac hanging but as you know once you get past 7 pounds you run the risk of water blisters on the glans. I got a redi-stretcher but found all sorts of problems with wrap bunching up,just stretching skin, stretcher sliding off. So,I do a hybrid thing now. I put the vac hanger on with the silicone covering the shaft. I place a strip of theraband over the silicone so I don’t tear it. Then I place the redi-stretcher clamp just behind the vac hanger. This way the vac hanger does some of the work and the redi stretcher does the rest. It is super comfortable, a great stretch and no irritations. It won’t slide off and I’ve gone up to 10.5 pounds with it and can probably go higher. My EQ is up and sensitivity fine.

I’m somewhat new to hanging but have read quite a bit and the concensus seems SD hanging is the least effective. it makes me wonder if SD hanging can hinder other hanging gains by toughening the ligs. I’ve read BTC is great for the ligs especially for those new to hanging and had limited success with manual stretching but when the gains dry up, fulcrum hanging is the way to go.
