I just started hanging to supplement my PE regimen. After only 1 day of 2 sets of hanging my length already seems to have increased? I haven’t quantified this through measurements, bbut it seems longer.

Is this possible?

Yes it is possible.

I experienced the same thing; 1/8 of an inch after one session. This is flaccid and flaccid stretched length, not erect.


Wearing a condom during your routine is not necessarily practicing safe PE!

What is the expected gains after one month of hanging?

Depends on the amount of time you put in, weight and the way you respond to hanging. Obviously it varies for each individual just like every other PE exercise.

I don’t have a good answer for you, but your question indicates perhaps you don’t realize that often, the first 1-2 weeks of hanging is just skin stretch—and I’m not sure if its a good idea to expect big gains right away because of this…

Everyone is different. I don’t know if anyone could give an exact answer to your question.

—General Hanging Info—
Just make sure to start slow, but be consistent. I believe in the avoid rest days philisophy for hanging, keep creating the micro tears, and reach fatigue. Start with low weight, 2.5 to 5lbs, only increase 1-2lbs per week to start. If you start low like I did (2.5lbs), its better to increase only 1lb at a time. Once I pass 10lbs, I’ll consider increasing 1.5lbs or even 2 lbs per week, I’ll just go by feel.

I was able to make a good 1/2 lb and 1lb weight with fishing weights, duct tape, and some hanger wire. The other weights I just purchased at wal mart.

Anyway, back to your question—

—Skin Stretch—
The first few weeks you’re going to be mostly just stretching your skin, with less force on the internal structures of your penis. The reason for this, is simply, that your skin is going to be your limiting factor starting out (most likely, perhaps slightly less likely if you’re uncut—I’m not sure on the uncut side of this subject).

Once you’ve stretched your skin a bit, you’re going to be exerting more force on whatever the next limiting factor in your penis is, ligs, tunica, whatever…

As you make gains those limiting factors will change.

Back to my point—who knows what you’ll gain your first month. Personally, I’ve noticed huge improvements in my flaccid length since I started hanging. It’s only been 5 weeks, and the erect gains have been much slower for me.

I think I only gained about 1/8” erect my first month/ vs 1/2” or more flaccid gains.

But I’ve been conservative, making sure I’m not injured, stretching my skin, (I can now hang true BTC, which is intense for me, without needing much weight). I also started with extremely low weight.. 2.5lbs & I went up about .625lbs per week on average. I just barely started going 6lbs this week, and I’ll definitely go to 7lbs next week, or in a few days (just 5.5 weeks of hanging so far)

I do hear that generally, your flaccid stretch length doesn’t get more than about 1.5” beyond your erect length. I guess the good news there is that even if your erect length doesn’t grow right away, you can be confident that increases in your flaccid stretch length will eventually lead to an improvement in your erect length.

I just start to hang too with a vacextender. I got some problems with this stuff (kind of pimples on the head) and it becomes pretty uncomfortable if I start hanging more than 2kgs..

But actually my ligs can accept nearly 5~7Kgs.

Then I decided to get back to an usual hanger. I got a frankenstein-like homemade one, but it looks working! The problem is my skin.. It goes over the head and it’s a little painful. I can’t stand, even with a light weight.

I think the problem comes from wrapping, I tryed different materials, different positions, nothing works.. If it’s too close to the head, it’s uncomfortable. Further I feel better but I stretch only my skin I think.

I’m 6” long but I got a small head, maybe here is the problem.

I need help guys :(

Just be sure to be consistent & hang each day. Move up in weight slowly, only 1/2lb at a time (try fishing weights + hanger + duct tape if you can’t find good premade low weights).

I throw my weights together with “spring clips”—walmart sells these, they look like sport climbing carabiners (oval shaped metal clip with a quick release bar). I’ve got few small ones for lower weight & 1x huge one that I could fit 3-4 10lb weights on to (I figure eventually I’ll need that). I use them for easy attachment to my hanger & they are easy to remove quickly as well…

You can start with 2-3 sets per day (the 2x sets you did was perfectly safe).

Just be sure you don’t feel any sharp pains…

Starting with that lower weight should help you get used to your hanger settings, and let your penis develop the vascular structures you’ll need to hang higher weight with some degree of relative comfort (or un-comfort :P)

Roland, why did you return to a home made hanger after having a vacextender? is not supposed to be more comfortable?

I too had gains my first day using weights .. It was amazing.. So ofcourse I kept on using it and it kept growing.. I knew it was definitely noticable when my girl said wow look how big your di** is.. But the device I was using broke and I slowly went back to my original size.. I think if you keep at it every day it will eventually be permanent but I’ll just have to put that to the test.
