<The good news is, it seems to be a bell curve. As you increase the workload, it becomes more difficult. Then, as your penis adapts, it becomes much easier. Over time, you will become much stronger. While it will take increasing work (time, weight) to achieve gains, it takes much more work to have negative effects on performance. I assume you are indicating, that the results are somewhat comparable to body building, in that stamana, strength, form and function are enhanced over time. This pattern would presumably include sexual performance improvements, any further thoughts per your experience? My thought here is that this could not only be for individuals interested in enlargement, but a tool for increased sexual potency, medically speaking. Such could open up possibilities. Thoughts??

You gave you gain pattern over time, much appreciated; in like manner could you also give some approximate weight use time/pattern. This is not to suggest that I would indiscriminately do the same, however I am interested. Thanks.

If I regret anything about PE, it would be that I did not keep very good records from the beginning. Had I known what would happen, I would not only have kept records of ALL measurements, but would have taken pictures for my own use. In order to see how far I have come.

The records I have are really awful. When I first started, and realized I was gaining quickly, I measured a lot. If I did not feel I had gained much, I did not measure. Then later, I tried to measure once per month. Of course, none of this has any basis in scientific method. I simply measured for myself. I hope nobody follows my example.

Yes, everything you said is true. One negative though. I never, even in my younger years, had problems with premature ejaculation. After getting much larger, with a huge friction increase, this became a problem. It simply felt too good. While I was hanging and doing Ulis, this increase in pleasure was somewhat offset by the fatigue from the work. Then later, as I slowed way down on work, I had to really concentrate on remaining in control.

Also, I began to religiously do my PC work. Much more than at the beginning. I have now developed all the usual tricks to help stay in control, and can go for about as long as I wish.

Yes, you could look at it like that, realizing however that during the process, there will be negatives. I had periods of reduced erection hardness. Most of the time due to fatigue, but I believe also that the penis has to adjust for the increased blood volume capacity. This does not take long but is a consideration.

There is no doubt in my mind that my penis is ‘healthier’. When I started, it was quickly becoming useless. Now, I have much better color, venation, erections, etc.

This would be more than an estimation. It is a wild ass guess. I know I had progressed into the 15lb. + range within the first six months. I did not start feeling the work until I reached 7.5 lbs. which was fairly quick. Then, I went up to 15 gradually within a month or so. I spent a lot of time between 15 and 22.5 max weight. The majority of my hanging time was in this range. Then, as I became used to the work, and could not feel it, and my gains slowed, I moved up slowly from there.

Entered into the mix is the fact that I was developing new and better hangers all the time. Many times, I needed to increase weight, but was hampered by hanger comfort. IOW, the discomfort was not due to the work, but rather the discomfort from the hanger in use at the time. Therefore, I would have to re-engineer the hanger in order to move up in weight.

If I can remember anything specific, I will let you know.
