1-2 hours sessions
Ok, here’s the deal : I got 1 or 2 hours per day , 7 days a week for pe.
I got a vac extender and a vac hanger.
I am currently hanging 3-4 times 10mins 7.5 pounds with the vac hanger.
Followed by 30mins-1hour ADS (vac extender).
Do you think I’ll get gains from this routine or should I bump up the time of hanging? Or the Weight ?
I haven’t seen any gains except for my newbie gains, from 5-5,5 to 6 1/4 inches LNG.
