X4 Labs Extender

Hey guys! Has anyone gotten any good results using an X4 Labs Extender?

I have used an X4 with a VacExtender head modification kit for about four years. I have increased my EL by .85” averaging only about 3.5 hours a day.

Nice, so if I assume I wore it for 8-12 hours I could gain faster?

The gains from the X4 come from hours worn. With that being said I would not wear the X4 for more than 4 hours a day to start (first month or so) . You may not be able to anyway because it may be too painful. I couldn’t wear the X4 for more then 45 mins at a time when I started. Another thing, some people who have worn the X4 for extended periods of time to start off have experienced actual losses. I guess this comes from injury from wearing the device too long.
